We really try and understand what you're looking for, even when you’re not 100% sure yet yourself. As all our consultants have worked in the business, you can have a sensible, grown up conversation about you, your company and your brief. All in total confidence of course.
To be sure that we put the right people in front of you, we need to know as much about you, your brief, your team, your company and your plans as possible. We will want to meet in person, to see your work, understand your philosophy and culture and breathe some of your air.
To help you put together a job brief you’ll find some useful pointers as to the kind of information that goes down best with the best candidates.
We meet all our candidates face to face, and will never adopt the CV scatter gun approach; our modus operandi is to send you fewer, better CVs rather than drown you in people. We always recommend following up a couple of references once you’ve found someone you want to hire, and can also offer psychometric testing if you’d be interested in delving a bit further.
Our fees are straightforward and whilst we hope you’ll be happy ever after, if the worst happens, and it doesn’t work out with your new person, we have a very competitive rebate period.
