Freelance Motion Graphics Designers Wanted

One of the top 3 UK broadcasters is looking for Motion Graphics Freelancers to help create promos for all the channel's shows. These range from clip based promos to sculpted generated graphics (is awards shows etc). Programmes required are AFX and Cinema 4D.
Personality wise they are looking for candidates with a calm and communicatice manner, and good stakeholder management experience as there's lots of levels of approval to get work through, meaning candidates must also be good with being given direction and constructive criticisim.
