* Delivering a basic level of Print Consultancy
* Taking responsibility for the profitability of artwork phases of projects
* Effective management and development of the skills of the artwork team
* To inspire and retain the confidence of those who work with you
Tasks:
* To fully understand the brief.
* To assist the planning capacity process to ensure artwork deadlines are met.
* To ensure a consistent high standard of accurate artwork is met.
* To ensure that all artwork is completed and correctly annotated.
* To help ensure that Pre-Production meetings and Artwork Briefing meetings are held and attended by the relevant people.
* To create artwork which is both aesthetically and technically accurate.
* To liaise closely with the Production Manager or Production Director in relation to the running of projects and to provide an adequate level of print consultancy to assist the production process in the absence of the Production Manager or Production Director.
