The leading digital agency in Paris is looking for a dynamic and motivated International Support Manager to join their leading client team in the agency to help them support 10 multi-brand CRM sites and their 10 webmasters in Western Europe.
Your role has 2 specific roles. Firstly supporting local Webmasters in their day-to-day tasks, as well as assisting in campaign set-up using our content management system. Secondly and just as vital, managing the resolution of bugs that occur on the sites.
It is MANDATORY that you must be: English mother tongue or otherwise be fluent in business English (both written and spoken). Have a Degree qualification in Information Technology (preferred, however experience could make up for not having this) and an in-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Must have 3 years in a similar support role (preferably with an international company providing professional services)
Other highly desirable skills would include some knowledge of content management system, forums and wikis; creating a sense of community amongst webmasters based in different countries across Europe. A good understanding of Flash would be advantageous.
