This person will work with the Implementation Director to ensure delivery of specific multiple work streams of an existing implementation plan are handed over efficiently and on time
Key responsibilities of the role
Work
Working with a large (existing) internal team on a global pillar account to:
Deliver multiple work streams in a flexible, credible way – on time and on budget
Deliver design solutions that are practical and within clients’ implementation abilities
Obtaining and overseeing print tests
Support and check in with day to day account management as required
Provide project management and admin as required which may include:
Administration of project finances including fee forecasts, resourcing and invoicing
Setting up meetings (internal and external)
Preparing and distributing agendas and itineraries
Formatting meeting notes (if required) and distributing them
Co-ordinating the production of meeting documents e.g. binding, photocopying and typing
Setting up and administering a central project filing and archiving system
Support on other accounts if required, which could include:
Working with clients to develop implementation plans
Developing online tools (e.g. brand centres, online templates)
Understanding of print production and digital production implications of design solutions
Understanding behaviour change implications of new brands
Relationships
Quickly builds and nurtures close working relationship with internal team and (where appropriate) clients and third parties
Demonstrates flexible approach with client and team working styles
